Receipts and history

Every gate evaluation writes a receipt: the action, the governed state it relied on, the policy applied, the decision and its reasons. Receipts and state changes are append-only. They are never edited or deleted, which is what makes them usable as evidence.

From your agent#

Each evaluation response carries its lineage. Store it with the action your agent took.

In the console#

Decisions, approvals, governed state and the audit trail are under Actions Control in the console, where each receipt can be opened, filtered and exported as evidence. See Audit trail and receipts.
