Console tour
The console is where the three lines work on the record. Screens are refined often, so this page describes the layout and what each area is for rather than showing screenshots. Area names can change as the console grows.
The main areas#
| Area | What you do there | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Home | A posture overview: what needs attention, coverage and recent decisions | Reporting |
| People | The people register: owners, accountable executives and reviewers, by function and business unit | People and accountability |
| Inventory | AI systems, with components, use cases, vendors and models, discovery and import alongside | AI inventory |
| AI system record | Profile, people, screening, risk, reviews and history for one system | Risk and reviews |
| Actions Control | Agents, decisions, approvals, governed state, conflicts and the audit trail | Agent authorisation |
| Governance Control | Frameworks, the control registry and the control portfolio | Controls and obligations |
| Cyber Control | Security workflows, reviews and reports for AI systems and agents | Security |
| Assurance | Findings, evidence, exceptions and reports | Assurance and evidence |
| Developer and Admin | API keys, MCP, webhooks, integrations, users and access, organisation settings | Developers |
What each person sees depends on their role. Administrators see organisation settings, users and access; the APRA-specific questions appear only for organisations marked as APRA-regulated.
Reading the screens#
| Mark | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Needs attention | Something is missing or overdue; the reasons are listed on the record |
| In review | A review or approval is open (shown once reviews are in use) |
| Current | Owned, described and up to date |
| Found | Discovered, not yet registered |
| Needs approval | A runtime decision waiting on a person |
Meaning never depends on colour alone: every mark carries a word. The assistant opens from the top bar on the record in view; see Built-in assistant.
