Access and sign-in
Problems signing in to the console or calling the API.
| Where | If you cannot sign in |

| Console | Sign in at console.cognaone.com with your work email link or Google. Check the email link is recent and opened on the same device. Ask your administrator to check your invitation. |
| API | A 401 means the token is missing, invalid or the agent is disabled. A 404 thread_not_found means the thread does not exist for this agent's organisation. |
| MCP | Remove the server from your client and add it again to restart the sign-in. |
