Read the dry run, fix the rows and upload again.

| Rows rejected for a missing field | A required field, such as name, type or business unit, is empty | Fill it in the file and upload again; unchanged rows do nothing |
| Rows rejected for an unknown value | A type, lifecycle stage or business unit the platform does not recognise | Use the values in the template, or add the business unit first |
| A system appears twice | The rows have different source keys | Give both rows the same source key; names alone never merge |
| Nothing changed | Every row matched an unchanged record | Expected; a repeat upload is safe |
| The upload was wrong | Wrong file or wrong mapping | Roll back the whole upload; every record it created or changed is restored |
